Watch eligible videos without platform-served ads, use supported offline downloads and mobile background play, and access YouTube Music Premium. Creator sponsorships, paid channels and some live-event promotions are not removed by Premium. Your plan and duration are shown in the order. Family membership remains subject to YouTube's eligibility rules and the family manager's subscription.

Activation

Choose activation on your own account or an account provided by Nexunite at checkout. Availability depends on the provider's country and account eligibility rules. Enter verification codes only on the provider's official sign-in screen; never send OTPs or recovery codes in store chat.

Delivery

We begin activation after payment verification. Follow the instructions in your order and check the subscription status after completion. Your order records the activation and expiry information.

Refund conditions

Voluntary refunds do not cover buyer-caused errors when the product matched its listing and the instructions were correct: for example, using an unsupported country, redeeming on the wrong launcher or account, ignoring stated requirements, or making prohibited account changes. Problems caused by an incorrect delivery, defective key or Nexunite instructions are reviewed for support, replacement or an eligible refund.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. A missing recording does not prevent you from contacting support or exercising rights required by applicable law.
